Lochtree currently ships to the United States, Canada, and the United States Outlying Islands.
All orders will be shipped Monday-Friday via the United States Postal Service and UPS. Tracking information will be provided at the time of shipment. All orders ship from the United States.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $65.00 and a flat-rate fee of $6.50 for orders under $65.00 within the United States.
On average, domestic shipments will arrive within 3-5 days of being shipped. If you believe your order has not arrived within an appropriate window of time, please contact us for a shipping inquiry and resolution.
Lochtree is not responsible for additional shipping charges if the package is returned because of an address error, customer absence, or package refusal. If you need to update the shipping address after the order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will endeavor to update but are not responsible for packages that have already shipped.
